30 days challenge is a kind of process that last for a short period of time. It doe not must be 30 days. The person should first make his aim, then follow the aim in the next few days. The main point of this action is learn perseverance. Through this process people can finish his aim and learn how easy it is to finish a aim if you insist for a short period of time. Most of the 30 days challenge I found were fitness. The aim of them are do conspicuous , to train your body in only 30 days. 30 days gives people a signal that they do not suffer for a long time.
